Mycelex-G (Clotrimazole vaginal)

Mycelex-G (clotrimazole vaginal) is an antifungal preparation. It excludes fungus for incubation. The medicine is used for undegro a cours of treatment for vagina candida infections. Mycelex-G may also be used for doctor’s orders other than those listed in this medication guide.

Mycelex-G is an antifungal agent. The medicine is weakening the cell membrane of the fungus.

Take Mycelex-G as soon as possible, if you ignore a dose of medicine. You must go back to your regular dosing shedule even if it is almost time for next dose. Remember no way do not take 2 dose at once.

Store Mycelex-G vaginal at 77 degrees F (25 degrees C). Brief storage between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) is permitted. Medicine keeps further away from pets and children and do not store it in the bathroom.

If you have had an allergic reaction to clotrimazole vaginal do not use it.

Consult your doctor before using Mycelex-G if it is the first time that you have had symptoms of infection.

If you have an abdominal pain, diabetes, foul-smelling discharge, fever, AIDS, or HIV do not use the medicine and tell about your doctor.

Do not use this medication if you are breast-feeding a baby, or you are pregnant, or you are younger than 12 years of age.

Wear loose-fitting clothing made of natural fibers until the infection is healed and avoids wearing clothing that does not allow air circulation.

Follow instruction of your doctor if he is advised to avoid using other vaginal creams or douches at the same time as Mycelex-G.

Other drugs may also interact with clotrimazole vaginal that is why talked to your doctor before taking any over the counter medicines.

If you experience an allergic reaction (closing of your throat; shortness of breath; swelling of your lips, face, or tongue; or hives) stop using the medicine.

Other less serious side effects include itching; burning, an increased need to urinate, and irritation of the skin may be more likely to occur.
