Grifulvin V (Griseofulvin)

The medicine is used for preparation fungal infection for the body, scalp, nails, foot (athleteis foot), hair follicles (barber’s itch) or thigh (jock itch).

Grifulvin V is used only on doctor\\\'s orders. For exact dosing instructions you must check the docket on the Grifulvin V.

The medicine is taking by mouth without or with food.

The Grifulvin V must be shaking well before each using the medicine.

For dosing Grifulvin V is using a measuring device. If you are unsure of how to measure the medicine ask your doctor for help.

You to heal up your infection in full when you are take the Grifulvin V for the full course of treatment. Even if in a few days you are feeling better, continue the course.

Grafukvin V is an antifungal agent. The medicine is making the skin more immune to fungal infection.

Take Myambutol as soon as possible, if you ignore a dose of medicine. You must go back to your regular dosing shedule even if it is almost time for next dose. Remember no way do not take 2 dose at once.

Store a medicine away from moisture and sunlight at room temperature.

If you are allergic to any components of Grifulvin V, if you have severe the blood disiase porphyria, liver disease or you are pregnant do not use Grifulvin V.

Some components of the Lamisil may interact with others medical conditions. If you have any medical conditions and if any of the following apply to you tell about your doctor:

• You are planning to become pregnant; you are pregnant or are breast-feeding
• You are taking any nonprescription and prescription medicine, dietary supplement or herbal preparation
• You are having allergies to foods, medicines or other substances
• You are having liver disease and lupus, diabetes, numbness of the feet or hands

• Barbiturates (eg, phenobarbital) is decrease Grifulvin V’s effectiveness.
• Anticoagulants (eg, warfarin) oral contraceptives or cyclosporine and their effectiveness are decreased by Grifulvin V.

Many people have minor or no side effects in spite of all medicines account for side effects. If any of follow effects are persist or become bothersome tell your doctor:

• Difficult sleeping; diarhea; dizziness; headache; fatigue; nausea; vomiting; stomach upset.

• Confusion; severe allergic reaction ( hives; rash; diffcult breafing; itching; tightness in the chest; swelling of the face, mouth, tongue, lips); wite patches in the mouth; numbness of tingling of the feet or hands.
